Job Description

► Leading customer poject relocations according to the process descriptions (CD06202) starting from kick off until SOP+ 6 months

► Guide your project team and maintain effective interfaces between sending and receiving plant

► Organizing and leading quality gate meetings as well as regular team meetings with relocation teams

► Guide the discussion with your internal and external interfaces

► Discuss the technical and commercial issues with your customer

► Define the dates and deliverables with your partners and control necessary counter-measures

► Risk management

► Early analysis of lessons learned from giving plant with PciP team members

► Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality, on-time, within the scope and within the budget

► Monitor project milestones achievement and report on progress to the Business Unit

Qualifications

► University degree in industrial/mechanical engineering, organizational sciences or similar (MSc, BSc)

► Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management

► Experience in customer projects or relocations would be considered as an advantage

► Knowledge of customer processes for automotive components would be considered as an advantage

► English language fluency is mandatory

► German language knowledge is an advantage

► Excellent communication and organizational skills
