Customer Sales Representative (German speaking)

What you will do:

• Advise qualified private and institutional investors on available investment opportunities;
• Present the company’s investment products and services and provide relevant information to clients;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services;
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone, email, and chat;
• Maintain records of all client interactions in the internal CRM system;
• Actively contribute to achieving team goals through high-quality communication and client support;
• Continuously improve knowledge of the company’s products, services, and internal processes.

Who we are looking for:

• Fluent in German, while English is considered an advantage (both written and spoken);
• Previous experience working in a call center or in a client communication role;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A pleasant, professional, and confident approach when communicating with clients
• Organized, focused, and responsible in your work;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
