Job description:

  • Entering claim into system
  • Creating templates and participate in calculations for end of year rebates or any compensation related to customer
  • Troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT
  • Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives in providing any data sheet
  • Processing samples in invoicing, shipment tracking
  • Supporting team leads with administrative tasks
  • Organizing internal documentation for all needs and for audit
  • Replacing CSO member and performing tasks when need

Position Requirements:

  • High level of English language proficiency
  • Very good communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams
  • Good knowledge of Excel 
  • One year of relevant experience
