Job description:
- Entering claim into system
- Creating templates and participate in calculations for end of year rebates or any compensation related to customer
- Troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT
- Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives in providing any data sheet
- Processing samples in invoicing, shipment tracking
- Supporting team leads with administrative tasks
- Organizing internal documentation for all needs and for audit
- Replacing CSO member and performing tasks when need
Position Requirements:
- High level of English language proficiency
- Very good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams
- Good knowledge of Excel
- One year of relevant experience
