For our Live Chat Support in Belgrade, we are looking for proactive, creative, energetic, reliable, and motivated support as soon as possible in part-time employment with very high flexibility (40–50%) for hourly on-call shifts. If you enjoy working with customers, teamwork, and bring a good dose of curiosity as well as that certain something, you are exactly the right fit for our multinational team!
Your responsibilities
- Individual, friendly, and competent support of customers in live chat
- Comprehensive and efficient advice on products as well as on issues and uncertainties
- Processing and recording of orders, handling warranty and return requests
- Exchange with the team and supervisors to improve workflows
Your skills
- No stranger to keyboards: comfortable with laptops and experienced in fast typing, with curiosity for new technologies.
- Excellent written German or French skills, as well as good English skills in both spoken and written communication. We look forward to receiving your detailed CV in German or French
- Based in Serbia, highly flexible in terms of time, and able to step in for on-call shifts within 60 minutes as needed. Shifts are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 08:00–19:00 and on Saturdays between 09:00–13:00
- Empathetic, articulate, team-oriented, and able to organize well when handling multiple tasks
- Independent thinking combined with analytical skills to quickly understand tasks and evaluate the best approach for customers
- The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
- Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
