Job Description:

As a Customer Support Representative at Mebit, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and assistance via live chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and courteous customer support through live chat and email channels.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
  • Documenting customer interactions and ensuring accurate and thorough case records.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Chinese language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new software quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and using customer support software.
  • Ability to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Desirable skills:

  • Fast keyboard typing.
  • Basic knowledge of Cryptocurrency.
  • Understanding of Sports & Gambling rules.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
