AS24 is the European leader in distribution of fuel and services to professional road haulers. Their mission is to be the partner of transportation companies and to meet all the requirements encountered on the road to simplify the activity of their customers. Adecco is seeking a proactive and customer-focused candidate to join their team as a Customer Service Representative, in Belgrade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle commercial and administrative tasks for the Sales Representatives, focusing on client support and ensuring smooth after-sales processes.
  • Assist Sales representatives and Clients through administration of contracts and order management in close collaboration with Credit Manager as well as the follow-up of manufacturing and delivery of new cards / OBU.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention by being responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in resolving issues.
  • Handle customer claims and queries in close collaboration with the Headquarters, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Assist with marketing-related tasks, including the preparation for trade fairs, creation of newsletters, and translations of promotional materials.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as handling emails, filing documents, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Work closely with other departments, including the Credit Team and the Headquarter, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High School degree minimum
  • At least one year of experience in customer support roles
  • Advanced knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of any CRM is a plus
  • Experience in customer support, or knowledge of the oil and gas industry is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally
  • Capacity to work autonomously and organize your time efficiently
