Position Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage order processing and deliver exceptional support for AMT’s global customers. This role ensures smooth communication between customers and internal teams, resolves issues efficiently, and upholds AMT’s high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage customer orders in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
  • Validate order details, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure compliance with AMT standards
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports for operational improvements
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and order updates
  • Build strong relationships through timely and professional communication
  • Proactively resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction and trust
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Sales) to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Support inventory checks, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking
  • Escalate critical issues and follow through until resolution
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and customer experience
  • Prepare performance reports and contribute to service-level enhancements
  • Support compliance with AMT’s global standards and local regulations

Job Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years in customer service, order management, or supply chain roles
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred)
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Knowledge of shipping, inventory, and supply chain principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and reporting skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence
  • Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with export documentation and Incoterms
  • Ability to manage high-volume orders and prioritize under pressure
  • Knowledge of AMETEK/AMT products or similar technical industries
