We are currently looking for a bright and motivated Customer Service Representative (Serbian language) to help us grow in the Serbian market. We are already present on Serbian market under company Magis Farm d.o.o.

In this position, you’ll

• Advise and assist our clients in choosing the right furniture and resolving day-to-day issues;
• Understand Customer’s needs and provide guidance in our e-shop;
• Place orders with manufacturers;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills;
• Ability to maintain effective communication between logistics / planning functions, customer service / sales, and production / manufacturing floor; 
• Strong organizational skills;
• Able to multi-task and solve problems in a timely manner;
• Detail-oriented with solid written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment.

We expect that you have

• Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in English and Serbian;
• Strong customer communication skills;
• Fluent English for daily communication with the team and colleagues is a must
• A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience;
• Ability to multi-task and take responsibility & ownership in challenging situations;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively in a team: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person.
• Experience – it s goo if you have some but if you don’t in that case, we will teach you!
