YOUR TASKS

  • Create and manage CRM tickets, ensuring accurate recording of customer requests and internal tasks.
  • Process and document product returns in the ERP system, coordinating all necessary steps.
  • Verify and validate prices for project returns to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate pickups with the logistics partner Planzer at customer locations.
  • Actively collaborate with other teams and colleagues to improve processes and provide high-quality customer support.
  • Report and document product defects for Quality Assurance.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Accuracy and a systematic approach to handling data and documentation.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and administrative processes.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
