Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Customer Service Representative Toyo Tire Sales and Marketing Europe. (TSE) 

Job description:

• Order receipt, order creation, shipping documents and commercial invoice creation
• Communication with the company global offices regarding delivery organization
• Communication/correspondence with customers
• Sending specifications, analyses, and other documents to customers
• Processing complaints
• Connecting customer inquiries with various internal representatives
• Responsibility for managing the order-to-cash process
• Updating customer information

Requirements :

• High level of English language proficiency
• Very good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams
