For our team, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as our: Customer service Specialist (m/f)

If you join us these will be your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • receiving and answering domestic and international calls and emails related to orders, information about packages and services, providing current information from the internal system
  • administration and maintenance of data accuracy in internal systems
  • help and support for users who come personally with inquiries
  • providing labels and forms to customers and subcontractors
  • forwarding user inquiries to relevant departments
  • international package tracking
  • receiving an order to pick up a package

What we expect from you:

  • strong communication skills; verbal and written
  • patient and good at multitasking
  • organized approach to work tasks
  • proficient in English (B1)
