We are looking for a Customer Success Agent to become the trusted link between our customers, our Serbian production operations, and our international commercial team. In this role, you won’t just answer questions — you’ll build loyalty, create value, and help drive sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression and confidence.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and other channels.
• Collaborate closely with the international Sales team and Production/Operations to ensure smooth order execution and products delivery.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by truly understanding customer needs.
• Share insights and help improve our processes continuously.
