We are looking for a Customer Success & Operations Associate to join our growing team - someone curious, organized, and excited about building structure in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. You’ll work closely with our Head of Operations, founders, and tech team to ensure our customers are set up for success from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
From your first day, you will have a direct impact on our customers and how we operate.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of Operations in managing customer onboarding and implementation.
- Gathering and structuring customer data for integration into Senvo.
- Acting as the point of contact for customers during onboarding to ensure seamless communication and setup.
- Auditing customer logistics data - including invoices, tracking, and carrier information - and identifying discrepancies.
- Coordinating with carriers to submit and track claims.
- Building and iterating internal processes and documentation for customer success and operations.
- Researching and analyzing carrier service level agreements.
- Collaborating closely with our developers and COO to improve workflows, automate where possible, and create transparency.

- Communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and teammates.

- Want to grow fast, take ownership, and help build something meaningful from the ground up.
