In line with further expanding the scope of customer service, Xpro is looking for a Customer Support Agent.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Support Agent to join our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you’ll support customers with technical questions, guide them through product features, and ensure every interaction strengthens their trust in our brand.
You’ll be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, helping us continuously improve our products and services.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and guide users through product features and functionalities
- Troubleshoot and analyse product issues (including testing scenarios and replicating user behaviour)
- Document interactions and update internal systems with accurate information
- Share customer feedback, feature requests, and common issues with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Inform customers about new features, updates, and best practices
- Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge resources
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Technical Customer Support or a similar customer facing role
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A customer-first mind set with strong problem solving abilities
