This role is part of our High Potential Entry Level (HPEL) Program, an exciting initiative created to support talented individuals at the very start of their careers. The program is designed to provide a clear path for growth through structured development, personalized mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences.
Over a 24-month journey, participants will gain valuable insights into our business while building versatile skills that set the stage for long-term success. The HPEL Program isn’t just a job - it’s an investment in your future, offering the opportunity to shape a meaningful career and make an impact across our company. Our program starts in January 2026.
In this role, you will:
- Help customers and their suppliers with our software solutions
- Be the key link between clients and our expert teams (Development, Project Management, Professional Services, etc.)
- Learn to analyze workflows and solve real business challenges
- Manage customer requests with support from experienced colleagues
- Turn technical concepts into simple, clear explanations
- Work in weekly shift rotations (night shift only 2–3 times a year)
- Build a career with a clear growth path and professional development
Position Requirements
- Fluency in English is required, along with fluency (written and spoken) in at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tools
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Curiosity, creativity, and motivation to learn and grow
