Job Description

► Monitoring and improving customs processes, ensuring compliance in import and export formalities
► Coordinate process of digitalization in customs matters and self filing process in export and import procedure
► Optimization in Foreign Trade business
► Coordinate and monitoring customs broker activities
► Monitoring HS classification of goods
► Improving system for preferential determination and handling Approved Exporter status
► Creating efficient network and partnership with CAS
► Performing AEO certification process

Qualifications

► University degree
► Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Foreign Trade, preferred in customs and brokers matters
► Customs agent certificate (required) and certificate for Approved Exporter (preferred)
► Good knowledge of Foreign trade operation and customs legislation
► English language fluency (written and spoken)
► Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel advanced), SAP
► Experience for In house customs operations
► Good expression/ Motivation /Pro activity/Reliability
► Strong communication skills with customer oriented approach
► Good analytical and problem solving skills
► Ability for fast adaptation in team

Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment)►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data

►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse Syste
