Join us as a Customs Expert in our Global Business Centre in Niš and play a key role in ensuring full compliance, optimized processes and efficient implementation of trade agreements across our global operations. In this role, you will act as the internal expert and consultant driving improvements and enabling smooth collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee all topics related to origin of goods and preferential calculation on a global scale.
- Analyze, optimize, and implement OG & PC processes; act as internal consultant and monitor process compliance.
- Provide risk profiles and risk reports; ensure legal requirements and external regulations are fully met.
- Manage supplier long-term declarations and maintain accurate master data for OG & PC.
- Monitor and implement all trade agreements; act as a key contact internally and externally.
- Take functional ownership and continuously develop IT tools related to OG & PC.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure best-in-class process execution and reporting.

- 5+ years of proven expertise in customs, origin of goods and preferential calculation.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including interactions with official authorities.
- Strong knowledge of trade compliance regulations and ability to ensure full legal compliance.
- Experienced in analyzing, optimizing and implementing processes.
- Independent, flexible, initiative-taking and results-driven working style.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to navigate complex environments with multiple priorities.
- Strong familiarity with SAP and MS Office is mandatory; previous experience in SAP GTS module will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluent in English, German language skills would be considered as an advantage.
