Data Analyst

Role Summary:

The Data Analyst drives data-informed decisions for the Montenegro market by creating dashboards, generating reports, and delivering actionable insights. This role supports the business by consolidating data, identifying customer trends and ensuring insights are translated into strategies that enhance customer experience, loyalty, operational efficiency and growth. The role also contributes to strategic and operational decision-making through KPI monitoring, forecasting support and scenario analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard & Reporting Development

• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau and Excel to support business performance in the Montenegro market.
• Monitor KPIs (Revenue, GGR, Margin, CPA, LTV, Retention, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability and timeliness in reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Insights & Analytics

• Analyze customer behavior, segmentation and trends across markets.
• Provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns, product launches and customer journeys.
• Conduct scenario analysis (Best/Worst/Most Likely cases) and support forecasting/budget planning.
• Evaluate product, channel and market profitability.

Strategic & Operational Support

• Partner with global strategy, product and local brand leaders to influence business decisions.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI, suggesting optimizations.
• Propose process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in data analytics or behavioral insight roles.
• Experience working in online businesses, ideally with brand and regional complexity.
• Experience working in multi-brand, multi-market environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL syntax.
• Expertise in BI tools (preferably Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience working with big data, using tools for analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into executive-friendly narratives.
• Excellent storytelling and data visualization abilities.
• Fluency in English and Serbian.
