Job Description
  • Support engineers in the development of wiper blades, arms and related packaging for the aftermarket (AA).
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation for new products, including drawings and parts lists.
  • Support the technical change management process.
  • Participate in technical discussions with suppliers.
  • Support problem-solving activities and technical changes, ensuring product quality through the application of quality methods.
  • Create reports and PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Organizational Sciences or a similar field of study.
  • Basic MS Office skills.
  • CAD experience (3D modelling and 2D drafting) is an advantage.
  • Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • Strong focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
