Job Description: DevOps / Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps / Platform Engineer to take on a critical role within our organization. You will design, automate, and operate hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure platforms across on-premises and Azure environments.

The role combines hands-on engineering and platform ownership, ensuring scalable, secure, and reproducible infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Bicep (on-premises and Azure).
• Standardize Linux and Windows provisioning, hardening, DNS, IP, and certificate automation.
• Implement configuration management using Ansible.
• Design and operate container platforms using Docker, Docker Compose and Kubernetes.
• Build and manage container images and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Design and operate Keycloak-based identity platforms (HA, automation, IAM integration).
• Deploy and operate Azure platform services and application workloads.
• Implement centralized monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, PRTG and Loki.
• Define and evolve cloud-platform and -infrastructure architectures across environments.
• Establish and enforce governance, standards, and guardrails for cloud-native infrastructure and platforms.
• Design, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled platforms and workloads using Azure AI Foundry and cloud-native or on‑prem AI stacks.
• Actively leverage AI tools in day-to-day operations to automate workflows, improve reliability, and increase engineering efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on skills with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Azure DevOps, and Azure.
• Solid Linux and Windows administration experience.
• Experience operating highly available production systems.
• Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell) and Git-based workflows.
• Independent working style with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to use AI-assisted tooling to improve automation, troubleshooting, and operational processes.
