Job Description

• Intern Digital Marketing Functional Consulting & Project Management
• As an Intern in the Digital Marketing Solutions team, you will support global digital marketing CRM initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in both project management and functional consulting within a global marketing technology environment.
• Assist the Marketing CRM team in the preparation, execution, testing, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support the creation of customer segments, reports, dashboards, and campaign performance analyses to enable data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
• Support the development, testing and continuous improvement of SAP Marketing Cloud solution, processes, documentation, training materials, and user enablement activities.
• Support the development of training materials, user documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities for global stakeholders.
• Support project management activities by preparing presentations, JIRA tickets, meeting minutes, status reports, project documentation, and workshop materials.
• Assist in tracking project requirements, deliverables, timelines, action items, and vendor follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution.
  Coordinate project meetings, support stakeholder communication, and help maintain transparency across global teams.
• Support proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, testing coordination, bug tracking, and documentation of project outcomes and lessons learned.
