Expedited Trucking Inc is a small, family owned transportation company out of Murfreesboro, TN USA. We proudly serve all 48 states. Our team has more than 10 years of experience in trucking industry. Our main goal is to provide the safe and trusworthy relationships with our broker and customer as well as a great communication with our drivers.
We are looking for someone with at least 6 months experience, an aggressive attitude and eager to learn to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

POSITION DUTIES:

· Working from the office required

· Looking for direct freight accounts using various load boards.

· Creating and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and customers.

· Ability to negotiate for the best rates possible.

· Dispatch drivers.

· Tracking and tracing loads that are booked and in transit.

· Building good relationships with the drivers and brokers.

· Help drivers solve issues that occur OTR.

· Learning and understanding market rates.

· Think ahead and plan 2-3 days in advance for trucks.

· AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF OTR DISPATCH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

· Understanding (or learning) DOT regulations.

· Strong communication & negotiation skills.

· Being able to navigate on 2 computer screens with emails, load boards, and different operating systems at the same time.

· EXCELLENT multi-tasking, time management, and organization skills.

· Able to work in a fast paced team environment.

· Able to work from 14:00 - 23:00

· Being fluent in English is a must.
