What we will do:

What you will do:

  • Dispatch fleet (Luxury sedan, SUV, Coach...) and assign rides to drivers in our collaborative, high-performing team
  • Coordinate events with internal departments to ensure vehicle availability and meet operational needs
  • Monitor and update trip status before and during rides, maintaining continuous communication with drivers to guarantee safe and timely arrivals
  • Communicate pickup details clearly to both drivers and passengers
  • Create reservations for new trips using company software via various communication channels such as phone, email and chat
  • Modify existing reservations based on client requests and promptly inform all involved parties
  • Communicate with affiliates worldwide to verify details such as availability, remote bookings and fares
  • Use mapping software for the most precise distance estimation
  • Shifts may vary depending on company needs
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Experienced within the ground transportation industry, black car service (minimum 1 year)
  • A person with high level of customer service skills
  • Attentive to details and like complex situations where your skills can truly shine
  • Proficient in English (US English preferred)
  • Proficient in German (B1 level or higher)
  • Efficient in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Able to think outside of the box and find creative and quick solutions
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, convey a sense of urgency and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to occasional travel for training and development
