With a dedicated call center in Novi Sad, Serbia, we manage operations worldwide, ensuring excellence in customer service, dispatch, and driver relations.

Who We’re Looking For
We are primarily seeking experienced and highly skilled dispatchers who can confidently manage operations in a fast-paced environment.

At the same time, motivated candidates with little or no experience are welcome to apply, provided they submit a short written explanation outlining why they believe they would be a strong fit for the limo/dispatch industry and this role specifically.

Job Description

• Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients and handle inquiries professionally.
• Assist drivers via phone and chat, manage daily schedules, and handle last-minute requests.
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a productive and solution-oriented manner.
• Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced dispatch environment with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assign reservations to drivers and our network of affiliates.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure smooth service execution.
• Monitor flight schedules and airport pickups in real time.
• Coordinate with coworkers, managers, and drivers to resolve issues efficientlyRequirements & Skills

Requirements & Skills

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven dispatch experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with dispatch and tracking tools is highly preferred and should be mentioned in the application, including: Samsara, Limo Anywhere, Santa Cruz, spreadsheet tools (Excel / Google Sheets), and Motive tracking app.
