Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher for the US Market. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching truck drivers for timely delivery of goods. This includes communicating with drivers, monitoring routes, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient transportation operations. 

• Coordinate and assign delivery drivers to specific orders based on proximity, efficiency, and workload
• Maintain effective communication with drivers, providing them with accurate information about delivery addresses, special instructions, and any changes or updates to orders
• Monitor and track delivery progress, ensuring timely and efficient completion of orders
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to deliveries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications

• Fluent English
• 2-5 years of experience in the role
• Familiarity with North America transport market is a must
• Ability to handle time-sensitive situations and tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations
• Capable and ready to work during U.S. business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
• Spanish language is a plus
