Dispatcher (International Road Transport)

For our newly established entity in Serbia, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Dispatcher, focused on international road transport. 

What will you be responsible for? 

• Receiving and processing transport orders 
• Working in the internal system and tracking shipment status 
• Ensuring the optimal transport solution and monitoring its progress 
• Communicating with carriers and team colleagues (operations, day-to-day issue resolution) 
• Checking and ensuring the accuracy of transport documentation 
• Communicating with customs service providers regarding clearance status 
• Completing, collecting, and archiving documentation 
• Processing carrier invoices in the internal system

What do we expect from you?

• At least secondary education
• Experience in international road transport (this is truly essential)
• Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate across departments 
• Accuracy, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility 
• English at a communicative level (email and phone) 
• User-level knowledge of MS Office   

What is an advantage (not a requirement)?

• Experience with customs procedures / cooperation with customs brokers 
• Experience with internal logistics systems or TMS 
• Ability to quickly prioritize when multiple urgent tasks arise at the same time
