POSITION TITLE:

Dispatcher/Reservationist in limo industry

We at Limousine Dispatch doo are seeking a Dispatcher - Reservationist, who is willing to work from home and in shifts.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Manage incoming/outgoing calls and emails
• Create reservations in client’s CRM (LimoAnywhere, Santa Cruz etc.)
• Dispatch rides and stay in touch with drivers

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

• Very strong written and oral communication skills in English
• The ability to comprehend user queries/issues and proven self-driven problem-solving skills  
• High level organization, and communication skills 
• The ability to manage and action priorities whilst working very independently in a remote and onsite environment.

EXPERIENCE:

• 6+ months experience in reservationist role is mandatory
• Experience with Santa Cruz or Limo Anywhere is mandatory

JOB SUMMARY:

• We have 2 full time position open.
• Work is in shifts, weekends included, but not more than 40h per week.
• Salary is determined by the number of working hours in a given month.
