Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and dispatch dry van loads to drivers efficiently
• Communicate with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Monitor routes and resolve any issues in real-time
• Maintain accurate records of loads, driver logs, and compliance documents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, shippers, and brokers
• Negotiate rates and coordinate with load boards and third-party carriers as needed

Requirements: 

• Minimum 6 months of dispatch experience in the USA market with 53' Dry Van trucks or reefers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills 
• Fluency in English is required
