This is not an average dispatch job.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Book high-paying loads on DAT, Truckstop & direct brokers
• Negotiate strong RPM and best lanes
• Plan profitable routes
• Communicate daily with US drivers
• Handle rate confirmations & paperwork
• Build and maintain broker relationships
• Solve problems fast — breakdowns, delays, rescheduling
