Ten-Eight d.o.o., a leading logistics and transportation company, is expanding its team and is currently seeking a Dispatcher to join us. With new leadership in place, we are focused on strengthening our operations, investing in our people, and driving sustainable growth.

What do we expect from you after getting you on board?

Your capability of being a dispatcher, booking loads, planning routes, speaking to brokers, and building relationships with the drivers.

Therefore, we expect you to be socially skilled, emotionally intelligent, well-tempered, and fluent in English. Those characteristics are fundamental since they influence the relationship between the dispatcher and drivers, who are steadily employed in Ten-Eight Inc. (Consequently, the relationship that is to be established is going to be a relatively permanent one.)

Besides, we would like you to be friendly since we highly appreciate inter-team communication and supportive relationships within our company.

We would appreciate you being precise and tidy, having in mind that in this position we would require different reporting sheets, from time to time.

Your profile:

• Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience in the US trucking market (53' Dry Van) – required
• Ability to work on-site from our Belgrade office
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with transportation software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable personality
