Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience of min 2 years as a Dispatcher within the US transportation industry is mandatory,
• Experience in Sylectus and  Panther Ace Boards
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Desirable knowledge of Spanish
• Excellent time management, communication, analytical, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiations skills
• Organized, communicative, result oriented, flexible and reliable
• Providing superior customer service

Responsibilities:

• Building the cooperative approach and relationships with drivers, brokers, vendors
• Accountable for providing outstanding customer service to all carriers and customers
• Negotiation, booking loads, collecting paperwork
• Work closely with other departments
• Shipment tracking
• Solving load issues
• Work towards achieving and maintaining company goals
