The Role: 
We are looking for ambitious and prospective candidates to join our Dispatch team. You will be the pulse of our operations, ensuring our fleet moves efficiently across North America.

Shift Rotations:
To provide 24/7 coverage for the U.S. market, we operate in three shifts:
1st Shift: 07:00h – 14:00h
2nd Shift: 14:00h – 22:00h
3rd Shift: 22:00h – 07:00h

What We Offer:
Training: Experience in the US transport industry is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive free training for all candidates without prior experience.

Candidate Requirements:
Language: High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
Skills: Strong computer skills, specifically with Google Workspace and spreadsheet management.
Mindset: Resourcefulness, flexibility, and a strong desire to learn new skills.
Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
Reliability: Precision in data entry and proactive communication with drivers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
Load Planning & Scheduling: Efficiently booking and scheduling loads from load boards (DAT, Truckstop) or direct customers to maximize fleet utility.
Driver Management & Routing: Assigning loads to drivers based on their location, available Hours of Service (HOS), and equipment type while optimizing routes.
Broker & Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with freight brokers and shippers through clear, professional communication
Proactive Problem Solving: Resolving transit delays or delivery issues to maintain high service levels.
