We are currently recruiting for the role of:
District Sales Manager - West Serbia
(location: Kragujevac, Čačak, Kraljevo, Užice)
Responsibilities:
Team management
- Responsible for leading, coaching and supporting the team of Medical Sales Representatives in West Serbia
- Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans for the region and distribute them to medical representatives
- Organize and coordinate activities of medical representatives in the field, at professional events, symposia and conferences
- Control sales team plans and reports and regularly analyse team activities using CRM
- Regularly keep track of activities of medical representatives by double visits and individual meetings
- Regularly evaluate medical representatives – provide feedback, coaching and mentoring, developing sales techniques and other relevant competences
Sales Strategy
- Define and coordinate product promotion strategy on designated region in cooperation with line manager: manage profitability through appropriate product mix and successfully implement sales plans by implementing promotional guidelines
- Prepare quarterly and monthly promotional plans and costs
- Make and improve contacts with professional authorities (KOL) and important strategic partners
- Regularly keep track of market trends and propose activities accordingly
Analytics and Reporting
- Plan and report own activity plan on a weekly/monthly basis using CRM
- Prepare regular written monthly, annual and special, on demand, reports on promotional activities and costs
- In cooperation with Sales Effectiveness Analyst, on a monthly basis, keep track of sales with respect to the plan for each product or each individual medical rep and, as necessary, introduce corrective actions
- In cooperation with Sales Effectiveness Analyst, on a quarterly basis, submit written report on performance with respect to the plan for each product and each medical rep and the whole team
- Regularly keep track of and report on market trends (IMS, etc.)
Requirements for the role:
- University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as District/Regional Sales Manager in pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in English
- Valid driving license
- PC literacy
