Responsibilities:

• You work on recruiting drivers for semi-trucks and box trucks
• You focus on driver satisfaction, not short-term goals
• You always handle a "fresh" database of leads coming your way
• Providing background documentation checks such as MVRs, PSPs
• Quarterly reviews and analysis of the work done in the previous period
• Keeping up with weekly/monthly  goals
• Keeping in touch with drivers through the onboarding process
• Collaborating with other departments (Safety, Dispatch, Fleet)
