E-commerce Delivery Analyst

The role

As an E-commerce Delivery Analyst, you will be a core member of the Project Management team, reports to the Project Manager focused on execution and delivery., tech teams, and external partners.
You’ll be involved in shaping solutions, testing flows, resolving blockers and making things work in real life.
If you come from an e-commerce/marketplace environment, you’ll immediately recognize the challenges.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively participate in day-to-day project execution together with the Project Manager
• Help define and validate end-to-end flows (checkout, onboarding, delivery, payments…)
• Work hands-on with tech teams during implementation, testing, and go-live
• Translate business ideas into practical, workable solutions, not just documents
• Support integrations with e-commerce platforms, payment systems, and internal tools
• Be involved in UAT, issue resolution, and production readiness
• Continuously improve processes based on real operational feedback

What we’re looking for

• Experience as IT Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Functional Analyst
• Strong background in e-commerce or marketplace platforms
• Understanding of how systems work in production, not only on paper
• Ability to work hands-on with developers and stakeholders
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments where things evolve quickly
• Problem-solver mindset — you care about getting things done

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, BNPL, POS, or fintech products
• Exposure to marketplace operations (orders, merchants, settlements, refunds)
• Experience working on early-stage or scale-up projects
