With Us, You Will Be Responsible for:
- Conduct GEMBA visits with local teams and observe processes.
- Follow up and provide updates on the progress of system developments in responsible areas (warehouse, cargo, etc.) in collaboration with central operations & IT teams.
- Identify improvement/development needs and coordinate with central operations.
- Perform efficiency and cost improvement activities in processes.
- Present new delivery and warehouse suggestions to the senior manager/country manager through benchmarking.
- Suggest innovative practices through benchmark studies.
- Carry out cargo OPEX improvement projects and report to the senior manager/country manager.
- Check and follow up on invoices issued by international cargo companies, analyzing discrepancies.
- Conduct root cause analyses of cargo customer complaints and present improvement suggestions to the senior manager/country manager.
- Discuss daily order statuses and delays with cargo companies.
- Manage the SLA agreements made with cargo/courier companies and take action in cases falling below performance standards (delivery time, customer communication, returns, etc.).
- Track lost shipments, communicate with cargo companies, and complete compensation processes.

- Analyze warehouse-related customer complaints and implement resolution actions
- Ensure products are stocked within the specified time frame.
- Ensure that customer orders are delivered in compliance with the SLA and track the end-to-end delivery process to the customer; inform the senior manager/country manager in problematic areas.
- Follow up on systemic problems and share them with relevant teams to ensure business continuity.
- Inform the senior manager/country manager about warehouse and cargo capacity planning and outbound scheduling aligned with sales forecasts from headquarters.
- Manage and coordinate the procurement of consumables.
- Monitor and control in-house and 3PL warehouse costs, take action by informing the senior manager/country manager about target deviations.
- Monitor compliance with packaging standards and VAS processes set by procedure, ensuring correct implementation by the warehouse team.
- Monitor e-commerce orders, addressing, and picking performance.
- Monitor the control, reconciliation, and financial alignment processes of 3PL stock-taking results.
- Monitor the status of orders by color codes (yellow, red, purple) according to their time frames and take necessary actions.
- Monitor, report, and inform the senior manager/country manager about orders under SLA (delivery time, customer communication, returns), and take action in problematic areas.
- Oversee the acceptance of customer returns and ensure returned products are added back to stock, reporting to the senior manager/country manager.
- Prepare for warehouse stock-taking, analyze possible discrepancies afterward, and take actions, reporting to the senior manager/country manager.
- Track daily SLA reports, take action in case of non-compliance, and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Track store orders for growing countries and report to the senior manager/country manager.
The Candidate We Are Looking For
- University Degree
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar background
- B license /active driver
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment
- Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach·
