E-commerce Specialist

Green Wave is an industry leader in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and 3PL service industry, with locations in the US from coast to coast. We provide our customers with cradle to grave solutions for their IT equipment, 3PL logistics, reverse logistics, refurbishment, recycling, and remarketing.

We are seeking an analytical E-commerce Specialist that will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales performance across major US marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Google. This role focuses on executing and improving paid advertising campaigns, maintaining high-quality product listings, and ensuring efficient marketplace operations. 

This is an on-site position that requires strong focus, responsibility, and excellent English communication skills. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 12-8pm

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
• Monitor ROAS, ACOS, CPA, and conversion rates to improve performance.
• Control budgets, bids, campaign structure, and keyword strategy.
• Conduct A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimization.
• Analyse results and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Marketplace & Listing Support

• Optimize product listings across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Google Shopping.
• Manage product feeds, inventory syncing, and pricing via ChannelAdvisor.
• Improve titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and policy issues.
• Monitor competitors and US market trends to maintain competitiveness.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on advertising and sales performance regularly.
• Analyse spend, revenue, margins, and campaign efficiency.
• Identify top- and underperforming SKUs.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve profitability.
• Align advertising strategy with operations and finance goals.

Requirements: 

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing US e-commerce advertising and marketplace operations.
• Proven track record running and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Amazon Advertising.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Seller Centre.
• Experience with ChannelAdvisor for feed management, inventory syncing, and listing control.
• Solid understanding of marketplace pricing strategies, repricing tools, fees, and margin impact.
• Ability to analyse performance data using Excel or Google Sheets and turn insights into action.
• Experience managing multiple SKUs and maintaining listing accuracy at scale.
• Familiarity with advanced advertising solutions (e.g., Performance Max, Amazon DSP) is a plus.
• Understanding of US marketplace policies, compliance requirements, and listing health.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
