Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation and execution of EHS policies, standards, and best practices. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable EHS legal, regulatory, and other requirements, ensuring site-wide compliance. Ensures adherence to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Conducts occupational health and safety (OHS) risk assessments, identifies workplace hazards, and implements control measures in accordance with the hierarchy of controls. Manages workplace hazards and environmental aspects, including changes in processes or operations. Performs environmental impact analyses and life cycle assessments to support sustainable and safe operations.
• Conducts regular EHS inspections, site walkthroughs, and surveys to ensure compliance with established operational criteria. Monitors EHS performance and site adherence to policies and standards. Collects, analyzes, and reports EHS data, including greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint (CFP), to support continuous improvement and sustainability goals.
• Investigates and analyzes workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses. Performs root cause analyses and develops corrective and preventive action plans to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence. Coordinates EHS simulations, emergency drills, and reporting to ensure on-site preparedness and compliance.
• Conducts internal EHS training and provides EHS induction programs for visitors, contractors, and new employees. Promotes and implements EHS best practices on-site to ensure a strong safety culture and compliance with organizational standards.
• Manages contractors through work permit systems, coordinates activities, monitors, and evaluates performance.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports site EHS performance data, including greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint. Ensures accurate and timely internal and external EHS communication and reporting.
• Responds to on-site emergencies, including fire suppression and first aid. Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of emergency preparedness and response plans to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Acts in accordance with quality and EHS system requirements (environmental protection, health, and safety). Complies with corporate values, code of conduct, and confidentiality agreement.

Education:

• Graduated in occupational safety, health, or an environmental protection-related discipline,
• Certified in occupational safety, certified in fire protection, ISO 14005 & ISO 45001 standards training certificate – those certificates will consider as adventage

Experience: 

• 1 year of experience in industrial environment

LANGUAGE/ SOFTWARE /Behavioral skills

• Good English
• Computer skills (advanced Excel)
• Dynamic, disciplined, organized, determined, autonomous
• Communication skills
