Job Description:

► Ensuring the technical availability of production equipment: being responsible for process, machine and tooling in the production area

► Follows established engineering principles to determine sequence of steps required to assemble or manufacture products considering organizational standards and costs

► Assuring technical availability of production equipment

► Collaboration with manufacturing and other technical departments to identify improvement potentials and weaknesses of manufacturing equipment (MAE) in use

► Set up of plans for corrective actions and evaluation of its efficiency

► Corrective and preventive maintenance

► Set up of plans for devices, tools, staff and spare parts for corrective and preventive maintenance of production MAE

► Coordination of maintenance activities done by technicians, their priorities and job loading

► Support its colleagues from department in problem solving and issues resolution

► Maintenance of new/existing MAE

► Set up of spare parts list with supplier and collaboration with spare part warehouse

► Providing training for maintenance personnel in accordance with the maintenance supervisor

► Process improvements

► Set-up of developed manufacturing processes to reduce cycle time and scrap. Analysis of quality claims to identify technical root-causes

► Machine upgrades

► Installation of machinery upgrades for increased level of automation and robustness increase of production equipment

► Other activities as instructed by the Employer

Qualifications:

► VI - VII level of degree (Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or equivalent)

► 0 - 3 years of relevant experience

► English language knowledge both written and spoken

► German language knowledge is an advantage

► Excellent communication and organizational skills

► Excellent analytical skills
