Electrical Supervisor (High - and/or Low - Voltage Systems)

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all electrical installations are executed according to design documentation, building permits, Serbian building codes, and technical specifications, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

​Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical works in accordance with design documentation and approved building permits
• Oversee electrical works packages to ensure compliance with Serbian building codes and project requirements
• Collaborate with the design team to monitor design progress and support design optimization
• Implement quality assurance procedures, including inspections, reporting, and adherence to technical specifications
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as required to ensure timely and high-quality work

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• Professional License issued by the Engineering Chamber of Serbia
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Designer, or Contractor on large-scale, complex industrial or real estate projects
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong computer skills, including project management tools
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Demonstrated project and team management skills
• Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
