JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in creation of monthly plan for employer branding activities, that includes calendar for social media postings, blog content, offline and online events that promotes Continental as attractive employer
- Designing visuals for social media posts, campaign posters
- Support the development and execution of employer branding campaigns across social media and other relevant channels
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and tracks social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaign for scalability
- Create content for Internet site and all relevant portals where Continental is present
- Help organize events such as meet-ups, visits, and both online and offline activities
- Assist in planning, writing and managing monthly e-newsletter
- Cooperation with faculties and high schools
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in university or a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Technical Science, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, Meta Business Suite, Figma, Photoshop, Canva and Video editing
- Interested in social media trends
