In this role, your day revolves around analyzing technical requirements, coordinating with engineering and commercial teams, and guiding projects from bid preparation to onsite execution. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analysis of tender documentation during the bid preparation phase from a technical perspective and assessment of technical risks
• Monitoring internal processes through appropriate tools and aligning bids with internal processes and standards
  Professional project management and responsibility for successful project execution within defined requirements (e.g., budget, time, quality)
• Coordinating activities during on-site project implementation in accordance with internal standards and common engineering practices
• Collaboration with commercial and financial departments during project preparation and execution

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, with a solid grounding in core engineering principles.
• At least 2 years of experience working with rotating equipment.
• Proven experience reviewing technical tender documents, interpreting requirements, and identifying technical risks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, particularly with commercial and finance teams to align technical and business needs.
• Effective stakeholder management and clear communication, focused on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Valid Category B driver’s license; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as proficiency in English, enabling clear written and verbal communication in a global environment.

Our Gas Services team offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
