The Innovation Roundtable is the leading network for innovation executives in large corporations. We connect senior leaders from Europe’s biggest companies through high-level events focused on innovation, leadership, and transformation. We are now looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Associate to support the growth of our future Innovation Roundtable® events.

The Role

As an English-Speaking Sales Associate, you will play a key role in engaging senior decision-makers across Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reaching out to Innovation, Marketing, and HR leaders in large European companies via phone and email
• Presenting Innovation Roundtable events clearly and confidently, and explaining their value to prospective attendees
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with senior executives
• Engaging with decision-makers from companies with annual revenues exceeding €1 billion
• This role involves daily communication in English, primarily over the phone

Key Requirements

• Excellent English is essential: near-native fluency in spoken and written English is required
• Strong interest in sales and client-facing work
• Comfortable speaking with senior executives over the phone
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
