We are an outsourcing IT company that started its journey in 1991. in the field of developing Web B2B solutions, and then developing corporate and many other microsites. Over time, we have positioned in the field of testing and development of "in-house" ERP software solutions. In 2016, we became a partner of Avnet Electronics Marketing, which led to the formation of many new teams in the field of SAP & Web Methods, Content Management and JIRA, teams for process automation using software robots, as well as BI and Process data mining.
As a Event Assistant in our Digital Support team, you will
- Organize events for an international company, this means (exhibitions & multi-supplier events across Europe, webinars, etc.)
- Independently manage and coordinate events/seminars or exhibitions, prepare all
necessary materials, and support their successful execution - Develop exciting project concepts with our creative team
- Research current customer needs and create competitor analyses and reports
- Take responsibility for (sub-)projects, keeping an eye on milestones and budget
requirements - Maintain direct communication with your clients at all times
- Organize travel, handle general logistics, and ensure smooth internal and client-side
operations - Prepare presentations based on your research, concepts, and post-event reports
If you
- Hold Bachelor's degree (event management, communication studies, business administration or a related field)
- Hold knowledge of the English language in your little finger
- Have gained some relevant professional experience
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pay attention to detail and nothing can can escape your eye
- Can prioritize and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Are familiar with Marketo or some other marketing automation tools (this is a plus)
- Are familiar with email marketing principles (this is a plus)
