About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support day-to-day business operations and coordination.
This is primarily a business-focused role with occasional support around travel bookings and logistics.
You will act as a proactive, structured, reliable right-hand — helping prioritize, organize, and keep everything moving efficiently from new hires to meeting follow-ups.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinating meetings across time zones
- Managing priorities and daily task flow
- Testing new products and services
- Supporting inbox organization, follow-ups and activations
- Booking travel and handling logistics
- Conducting research and using AI tools
- Documenting processes and organizing information
- Ensuring follow-ups don’t slip through
- Supporting operational organization across tools
- Working with marketing and sales processes
What We’re Looking For
- Mid- to high-level experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand things quickly
- Clear and concise English written communication and proofreading
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and think ahead, be proactive and inquisitive
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Skills with AI tools and marketing know how.
Required Tools Experience
- You must be comfortable working with:
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Google Calendar
- Slack
- Organizational/project management software (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, etc.)
- Canva, AI tools, Email marketing
Work Structure
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 2 PM – 10 PM Serbia time
- Fully remote
