About Us: Summa Logistics Inc is a carrier company in the USA transportation market. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable
- Communicate effectively with clients and drivers
- Process invoices and payments
- Ensure timely collections and accurate documentation
- Review paperwork and maintain the company’s database
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers
- Initiate collections on accounts
Requirements:
- Experience in the US transportation industry (preferred, but not essential)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Coachable and open-minded attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work the 2nd shift
