GRP Talent Solutions is a Novi Sad-based customer support outsourcing company. We place dedicated, experienced support professionals with clients in the US, UK, and Australia. Our teams work exclusively for one client at a time — no shared pools, no call centers.
We are hiring a Senior GDS Travel Agent for a US-based client operating in the high-end corporate and entertainment travel industry. Their clients include some of the world's most recognised brands. This is a specialist role for an experienced GDS professional who can handle complex, high-stakes air bookings with speed and precision.
This role is not for beginners. If you use Amadeus or Sabre every day and know fare rules, ticketing procedures, and complex international itineraries inside out — we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Book, modify, and manage domestic and international air travel in Amadeus or Sabre
- Handle exchanges, refunds, reissues, and schedule changes accurately and efficiently
- Secure negotiated fares, contract rates, and preferred inventory
- Monitor queues and manage ticketing deadlines without missing windows
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding options, pricing, fare rules, and policies
- Ensure full accuracy in ticketing, documentation, and fare rule compliance
- Resolve travel disruptions quickly and professionally
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years of active, hands-on Amadeus or Sabre experience — daily use required
- Strong knowledge of fare rules, routing logic, and ticketing procedures
- Experience with complex, multi-city international itineraries
- Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive bookings without errors
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Experience with VIP, corporate, or production travel is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with GDS automation tools and quality control systems is a plus

Please note: this role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends. Total working hours are 40 hours per week.
