Failure Analysis Specialist

Failure Analysis Specialist is responsible for analyzing electronic components and PCB assemblies, optimizing Analysis processes, and supporting quality improvements. The role includes failure diagnostics, product validation, and implenting advanced technologies to ensure high product reliability and sustainability.

Your Responsibilities:

• Failure analysis of components (electronic components, PCB...) and products (PCBA, actuators, motors, oil and water pumps...)
• Monitoring qualitative and quantitative analysis of components, solder and protective coating materials
• Support production and quality sector in defining work procedures and standardization of documentation
• Monitoring of soldering technology and innovations in the field of SMT, THT, protective coatings, bonding, underfil, etc.
• Actively participate in the optimization of process parameters with the aim of increasing product quality
• Conducting validation of new projects from the initial PV plan to mass production
• Actively participate in the reduction of production waste and the analysis of claim products
• Participation in risk assessment and protection of people and the environment
• Maintenance of 6S and monitoring of all chemicals in PCBA zone with proposals for even greener solutions

Your Profile:

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Applied Science, or related field
• Minimum two years of relevant working experience on similar positions is preferred
• Knowledge of PCBA technologies (SMT, THT, soldering processes, protective coatings)
• Experience with analytical tools and methods for component and product failure analysis
• Understanding of risk assessment and environmental protection principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and support continuous improvement initiatives
