Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Finance & Business Organization Associate who will support daily financial operations and internal business processes. This role is ideal for someone with an economic background who wants to gain hands-on experience in finance, administration, and business organization within a growing international company.
You will work closely with our external accounting office and management team, with the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility over time. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in planning and monitoring the company’s financial performance;
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports and basic budget overviews;
  • Tracking costs, profitability, and cash flow (with guidance);
  • Daily work in Minimax accounting software;
  • Assisting with VAT (PDV) report preparation and documentation;
  • Communication and coordination with the external accounting office
  • Managing and organizing financial documentation related to banks and PayPal;
  • Supporting invoicing and payment tracking;
  • Helping organize and improve internal workflows and documentation;

Employee administration and HR-related support:

  • Maintaining employee records and documentation;
  • Assisting with preparation of employment-related documents;
  • Tracking sick leave and employee status updates;
  • Supporting payroll documentation and coordination;
  • Issuing standard confirmations and employment certificates;
  • Maintaining accurate and well-organized financial and administrative records;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Understanding of finance and accounting principles;
  • Experience with VAT reporting or payroll is a plus;
  • Good organizational and analytical skills;
  • Responsible and detail-oriented approach to work;
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
