Finance & Controlling Specialist

Position 

As a Finance & Controlling Specialist for the Swiss market, you will play a key role in the financial steering of our operations.

The position can be based either in Niš or Belgrade, Serbia. You will work closely with local teams and international Group Functions to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analysis and commentary of budget and forecast variances
• Preparation of financial and management reports
• Support in cost and performance controlling (cost centers, projects, margin analysis)
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial processes and guidelines
• Support for management in strategic and operational decision-making
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses to improve efficiency and profitability
• Close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Group Functions
• Maintenance, verification, and development of ERP financial data
• Support in accounting and liquidity planning

Position Requirements

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Accounting
• Initial experience in finance or controlling is an advantage
• Strong understanding of business and financial processes
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Excel (advanced skills preferred)
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented working style
• Ability to present complex financial data clearly and understandably
• Fluent in English
• German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
